Overview:

BMW Supertech Rosbro required a high-performance waterproofing solution for its extensive flat roof system. As a premier commercial site, consistent performance, longevity, and reduced risk of water ingress were key priorities.

Problem Diagnosis:

Flat roofs are inherently vulnerable to pooling water, UV damage, and eventual wear at joints and seams. The client needed a proven system that could withstand long-term exposure and offer a maintenance pathway that would extend lifespan well beyond industry standards.

Solution Implementation:

Target Roofing & Waterproofing installed a torch-on waterproofing system across the roof area. This method was selected for its exceptional resistance to UV, weather, and physical stress—making it ideal for commercial flat roofs.
To enhance durability, a silver UV-protective topcoat was applied. This layer prevents UV decay and maintains the flexibility of the torch-on membrane. The system is backed by a 10-year guarantee, with an expected lifespan of up to 32 years—if UV maintenance is performed every 2–3 years.
 
Additionally, this regular maintenance allows our team to inspect for joint wear or physical damage early, minimizing future leaks and reducing costly repairs.
