- Silver Coat UV Protective Coating: To enhance longevity, a silver UV reflective coating was applied over the torch-on membrane. This coating provides additional protection from UV radiation, preventing premature degradation and extending the system’s lifespan.
- Maintenance Plan: A scheduled reapplication of the UV protective coating was recommended every two years to ensure long-term durability. With proper maintenance, the waterproofing system is expected to last over 25 years, with a 10-year guarantee on workmanship and materials.
