Overview:

Target Roofing & Waterproofing was approached by ALS, a prominent client, after their acquisition of a new business complex. The site required exterior improvement, functional re-zoning, and minor roof repair work to bring it up to the client’s operational and aesthetic standards.

Problem Diagnosis:

The parking area lacked clear demarcation and accessibility features. The exterior showed signs of wear, while the roof required patch repairs to ensure long-term weather protection.

Solution Implementation:

Our team implemented a multi-faceted upgrade:
  • Line Marking: A combination of spray and manual painting using high-quality road marking paints to ensure durability and crisp visuals.
  • Redesign of Parking Layout: New zones were marked for disabled bays, motorcycle parking, and executive director bays, improving accessibility and functionality.
  • Exterior Redecoration: The building facade was refreshed, giving it a professional, updated appearance aligned with ALS’s brand.
  • Roof Repairs: Targeted repairs were performed to prevent leaks and extend roof lifespan.

Outcome:

The result was a significantly enhanced business complex, both functionally and visually. ALS now has a well-organized and professional exterior, improving first impressions for staff, clients, and visitors alike.
