  2. Installation of Torch-On Membrane: Applying a high-performance, heat-fused bituminous membrane, ensuring a watertight seal.
  1. UV Protective Coating: A UV-resistant maintenance coat was applied to protect the torch-on layer from degradation due to sun exposure.
  2. Guarantee & Maintenance Plan: The system was installed with a 10-year guarantee, contingent on UV maintenance being performed every 2–3 years to maintain optimal performance.
